Military Veterans

A large number of Armed Forces veterans have not claimed their pension.

Veterans UK have recently conducted a survey to trace those that may be entitled and have written to around 13,000 veterans who may have a potential claim.

To date there have only been 5,000 responses and of which 3,000 have now started to receive their pension. The missing claims represent around £23m in pension payments  and a further £20m in pension lump sums.

Therefore, should you, a family member or friend have been contacted by JPAC and invited to submit a claim and have not yet responded, you are encourage, or please advise them to do so.

To prevent any delays or issues tracing you at a later date, please contact the JPAC Enquiry Centre on 0800 085 3600 and/or complete the relevant form at www.gov.uk.

Once any application form is received, JPAC will advise of receipt and then details of your pension payments will follow.
